Hollywood

Hollywood is located on the Atlantic Ocean in southeastern Broward County midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and is Broward’s third-largest municipality. Hollywood is home to more than 60 parks, five golf courses, seven miles of pristine beaches, and the one-of-a-kind Hollywood Beach Boardwalk that stretches nearly two and a half miles along the Atlantic Ocean. Named one of America's Best Beach Boardwalks by Travel + Leisure magazine, it welcomes walkers, joggers, bicyclists, and rollerbladers. Special lanes for the bikers make it super friendly. Hollywood boats the world’s second-busiest cruise port and serves many of the largest cruise liners in the world. Downtown Hollywood is a high-energy, entertainment and cultural arts district with many choices of bars and restaurants, and where hundreds of concerts, music festivals, shows, and art exhibits are hosted each year.
